Mollymook Beach House

2023 saw AJ Nolan Construction undertake another new build in one of Mollymook Beach’s premiere streets. Inspired by the quintessential Aussie beach shack - this northeast-facing multi-story, light-filled dwelling features a weatherboard exterior, contemporary kitchen and bathrooms along with five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 2.5-car garage.
