AJ Nolan Construction is a specialist Ulladulla based building, restoration and renovation company. was born when Alexander AJ Nolan, from Sydney’s Northern Beaches, relocated to the NSW South Coast with his growing family where he has been building ever since.

Al and his team are known from Bendalong to Bawley Point and beyond for the quality of the building work they do. It’s about quality over quantity, with lots of their work involving native and fine timbers, heritage and bespoke finishes and that ‘next level’ attention to final detail.

Whether it’s a new dwelling or a renovation, the underlying mission of AJ Nolan Construction is to build with as minimal impact on our environment as possible. Overall it is Al’s goal to make sure he and his team become a part of your project that you’re happy to have hanging around, calling you and working with you for days, weeks or months.
