Milton House

In 2023 AJ Nolan Construction had the pleasure of restoring Eyrie Bowrie Homestead to its former glory. Built in 1866, this distinctive building was the first two-storey dwelling in the district and the client brief was to remain sympathetic to the era, whilst bringing the amenities into the 21st Century. Constructed of sandstock commons brick on a sandstone base and boasting 3.2-metre ceilings with the original baltic pine floors still in place.
